Stories in the Sky

Stories in the Sky

From the Greeks to Native Americans, almost every culture has created narratives to explain the stars in the night sky. Come explore these stories with storyteller and teacher Jon Hawkins, and learn about different summer constellations. Then, join us for a constellation craft.

This event is in collaboration with Pierce Cedar Creek Institute and will be live-streamed through Zoom so that you can view the night sky through an online planetarium while listening to star stories.

After the program, you are encouraged to go outside and find the constellations in your own backyard!

This program is appropriate of all ages.

REGISTRATION is required.
