Lead by Deb Timmerman, RN, DAIS, HMCT- an expert on stress, it's effects, building resilience and restoration- this program is a group study and discussion.
We will be reading and working through 'What Happened to You? Conversations on Trauma, Resilience, and Healing by Bruce D. Perry, MD, PhD and Oprah Winfrey.
All participants will receive a copy of the book as well as a workbook.
Teachers that wish to participate with this book study are eligible for SCECHs.
