New Local History Website
The Hastings Public Library is proud to announce the launch of a new local history website, home to the Library's online digital collection.
The site will continue to grow over time with new content collections and exhibits. Right now you can see:
- Photos and a newspaper article about a railroad crash outside Nashville in 1914
- Barry County Plat Maps/Atlases from 1873
- The Library's history and 2021's 125th Anniversary celebration
- All about James Dibble, WWII fighter pilot and hometown hero shot down in 1943
In the near future, digital copies of the Hastings Banner will be available, and in 2023, we will add the Nashville News.
