Family Science Night 2024

Join families from around Barry County to learn about science at this interactive event. Various groups will have interactive stations for hands-on STEM learning, 

Families will participate in activities presented by local groups on both the first and second floors of the Library. Groups include Pierce Cedar Creek Institute, Battle Creek Outdoor Education Center, the Kalamazoo Astronomical Society 4-H, YMCA, Barry County Substance Abuse Task Force, Kellogg Community College, Great Start, Hastings FFA, MSU Extension, Barry County Recycles, Kellogg Bird Sanctuary, and the Barry County Farm Bureau.

This event is family-friendly, and activities are largely geared toward kids from preschool to middle school.

This event is a drop-in style event where families can participate anytime between 6 to 7:30pm.
