The ReciteMe Toolbar

HPL added the ReciteMe toolbar to its website in March 2026 in an effort to help those with disabilities that make web browsing more challenging.

Click on the Accessible icon in the lower right of the screen, whether accessing the site on a desktop/laptop or mobile device.

The toolbar has options to change fonts, colors, language, and more.
